My name is Edgardo. I bought a machine 2 years ago. The seller did not respond after the sale, and he resigned. The instructor after the class that we did not understand, resigned. The company did not answer messages and when they did, they told me the warranty expired and a piece was damaged due to not using it. Now they tell me that if I don't buy the part and all the chemicals, they won't give me service. So, I've been in this fight for 2 years. This is bad service and fraud. I paid almost 30k for the machine. Who can help me?

Oce Colorado is one of the most problematic printers. They are only good when they are in working order. But this is temporary. Unfortunately. I recommend replacing the hdd with an ssd and increasing the RAM. This will solve some problems in the future and will definitely increase the performance and boot time of the system. But I see that you have Summa F1612 - congratulations, this is an excellent machine!

Can you adjust the depth/thickness of this?. For thicker card

Love your videos man, been watching to figure out what to buy, is it the omtech 30w fibre laser good enough for doing tumblers. I’m torn between the 50w omtech CO2 gantry and the 30w Fibre. I have a D1 pro 10w and the time taken is too much!

HI i have a swf machine and i am using a melco design shop to digitize i am saving my design in tagima format when ever i install my design on my swf machine let say i name my design Tom when i go to look for my Tom design on the machine all i am seeing is SWF to the name what can i do.

Great video! How did you send the test cuts without printing? Every time I try the cutter tells me it can’t find the barcode. It’s hard to tell from the video how you are sending the test cuts so I am not sure if I am doing it right.

I feel like some handy type could create a DIY version without spending 6000 dollars.

I remember a story about a print shop crew who were tasked to print the voting ballots for their county. they printed them and completed the job unaware that there was a hicky that ran thru all the ballots...a little blank spot in the all black boxes the scanners read.... and thus all the ballots would fail. I can just imagine that crew finishing the job...high fives all around not knowing the disaster looming on the horizon. they were going to have to startt all over again running hundreds of thousands of voting ballots in short order. not sure if they did it, but wow. I mean you cant screw up an election....thats the type of thing where you will be on the news.

Have you ever had the issue where different settings are being sent to cutter? I dialed in settings after testing. Sent job and perf cuts where different than tests.

Our non-profit has a ExpertJet 661UF that was donated. It was damaged in a fire, but appears to be in good working condition except it needs replacement covers for the front and two sides. Although the fire was not close to the printer, the heat warped the covers rather badly. I've been trying to get some sort of response out of Mutoh to purchase replacement covers, but they seem to be ignoring me. Any ideas how to get replacement parts? I'm glad we didn't lay out $30K and then be treated this way.

How do you get the jobs or invoices from Quickbooks? Is it possible to have jobs pushed directly into Monday or do you have to manually enter each job?

My company just "upgraded" to a Latex 630 from a Latex 360. It was definitely a downgrade. It's slower (if that's even possible), the user interface is smaller and more cumbersome, and it routinely crashes in the curing zone. Probably gonna be sending it back.

Save the trimming time, mount to you board using your crop marks. Then use the edge of you material as the straight edge to cut down. Have you done a cost study on the inks of your old flatbed vs ink on your roll printer and self adhesive vinyl?

Glad it's working well for you... I just use my full size laminator (against my 8' table) to run boards through like that as needed.
